Neighborhood Connections

Neighborhood Connections is the Cleveland Foundation’s small-grants program intended to benefit grassroots groups in Cleveland. The program offers grants of $500 to $5,000 twice a year. Grants are available to any group of residents in the city of Cleveland. Groups do not need to be recognized as 501(c)(3) organizations to receive a grant.
